Carry some dried fruit and nuts with you and choose these instead of the fast food and other highly processed food that you now consume. Try to go for the low-fat options and this means that you get to enjoy your favourite foods but you are eating a lot fewer calories.

It is important to have a strong immune system so that you can fight any viruses and other illnesses that are coming your way this year. Certain foods help to reduce inflammation within the body and so start incorporating into your diet.
